Refund and Cancellation Policy 

As an organization committed to promoting non-violent solutions to global issues, we understand the importance of transparency and fairness in all our transactions with our supporters. Therefore, we have designed our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure that our supporters are fully aware of our policies and procedures in case they need to cancel or request a refund.

For subscriptions, we offer our supporters the flexibility to cancel anytime. However, please note that the funds will not be returned, and the subscription will not be auto-renewed. This policy ensures that our supporters are aware of their commitments to our organization and that we can continue to provide our services and support to those in need.

For donations, we are unable to process refunds if a 10BE certificate has been generated at the Income Tax portal. This policy is in compliance with the Income Tax regulations in India, which require us to maintain accurate records of all donations received. We kindly request your understanding in this regard.

In case you have purchased or contributed to a course, workshop, or training program, we offer refunds within a specified time frame, provided the request is made in the original payment source. This policy ensures that our supporters have the opportunity to review their purchases and make informed decisions before committing to our programs and services.
