The Non-Violence Foundation is dedicated to creating a transformative learning environment for children from underprivileged communities. Our Smart Peace School initiative is designed to make school campuses happy, smart, and nature-friendly—ensuring that students are excited to come to school and remain engaged throughout the day.
Our Vision
We believe in nurturing peaceful, happy, and smart learners. By adopting two MCD schools in Keshavpuram Zone, we are revolutionizing the educational experience by incorporating modern learning tools, environmental consciousness, and mental well-being programs. Our goal is to develop 11 Smart Peace Schools across Delhi by 2025-2026.
What Makes a Smart Peace School ?
- Smart Classrooms: Equipped with smart boards with cameras to connect with the world, fostering a global learning experience.
- English Learning with Fun: Innovative methods to make speaking, writing, and reading English enjoyable and effortless.
- Mental Health Support: Every child will have a mentor for mental well-being, ensuring their holistic development.
- Yoga & Meditation: Students and teachers will practice yoga, meditation, and Surya Namaskar for mental and physical wellness.
- Zero-Waste Management: Schools will practice sustainable living by adopting zero-waste policies.
- Herbal Gardens: Utilizing available space to develop herbal gardens, teaching students about environmental conservation and natural healing.
